Getting help

Write to info@wwonderapp.com. Say what you were doing and what happened instead. If it is about a specific word, name the word — that usually makes it reproducible in one try.

An entry is wrong

Entries are written by an AI model, and it will sometimes be confidently wrong about an etymology. Tap Report on the entry. That is the fastest route — it arrives with the word attached and gets the entry rewritten.

I cannot sign in

Sign-in sends an eight-digit code, never a password. If it has not arrived in a couple of minutes, check spam, then request a new one — the old code stops working when a new one is sent. Still nothing? Email the address above with the address you tried.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account, inside the app. It takes effect immediately, needs no approval from us, and you do not have to explain yourself.
